Hours are as follows:
Mondays: 10 am to 4:00 pm
Tuesdays CLOSED
Wednesdays: 10 am to 7 pm
Thursdays: 11 am until 7 pm
Fridays: 10 am to 5 pm
Saturdays 10 am to 3:00 pm 
Sundays CLOSED

Appointments are confirmed via email or phone call.
All appointments must have a completed Health History Form,
or you will not be seen if other arrangements have not been made before your appointment.
